Pangbourne College is looking to recruit a Director of Rugby to lead the Rugby programme with vision, energy and expertise, shaping the future of the sport within the College. The successful individual will oversee the development of Rugby across all year groups, coaching teams and ensuring a high-quality experience for pupils. This role could be combined with high level coaching/playing outside of College commitments, which can be discussed with the Director of Sport prior to application. 

The Director of Rugby will play a key role in fostering a passion for the sport, delivering enjoyable participation, meaningful competitions and performance. They will develop a pre-season schedule and work closely with key partners for the College, including our partner club, Ealing Trailfinders who are supporting us with this vacancy and also Local rugby clubs, to provide opportunities for pupils.
