Having individual tuition in singing, instrumental playing, or music production offers a fantastic opportunity to develop skills that can be enjoyed throughout the rest of a person’s life.
Our lessons not only prepare pupils for external examinations, scholarships, concerts, and other musical events but also cater to those who simply wish to study for enjoyment. We provide free taster lessons with our Visiting Music Teachers (VMT) to help pupils explore their interest. Pupils taking instrumental or singing lessons, whether within or outside of Pangbourne, are encouraged to join choirs and ensembles, as this fosters confidence and enhances their overall musicianship.
Music Scholars receive free individual tuition in two disciplines, along with tailored mentoring and additional support to help them progress on their path to professional musicianship.
Further information about individual tuition is available from Mr Andy Thornhill, Head of Instrumental Music.
