On Thursday 27 March, we hosted our fourth College Wellbeing Day. It was another successful event in which students were made aware of the importance of looking after their mental wellbeing with many examples of positive strategies and ways in which they could better care for themselves. Each year group received an empowering talk from some exceptional external speakers including Patrick Foster, Satveer Nijjar and Old Pangbournian, Chris Singleton.

In the afternoon, different members of staff hosted a wide variety of wellbeing activities which pupils chose to participate in. These sessions included foot golf, Easter crafts, miniature model painting and boat building to name but a few. Pupils certainly enjoyed trying something new and wholesome!

However, the highlight of the day was certainly the Karaoke Congers which was the brainchild of our new Director of Music, Mr Gillthorpe, proving that communal singing is definitely good for your mental health. All in all, an amazing day which saw the Pangbourne community at its best!
