With the help of Ian from ‘Team Thinking’ and Mrs Samantha Greenwood (Deputy Head Character and Routines), our Upper Sixth Cadet Captains (prefects) were given the opportunity to take an afternoon out to reflect on their new leadership responsibilities and roles.

Together they had time to consider how they may leave a positive legacy, individually and as a group. A range of matters were discussed, including presentation skills such as eye contact, voice projection, and body language. The group also completed some practical group tasks as well as giving presentations and working on role plays.

The training session is part of our overall student leadership and personal development strategy.
