More than 40 families and staff of Year 7 and 8 pupils recently enjoyed the popular annual Dunbar (Junior House) Family Quiz. This year, for the first time, it was experienced virtually.

Rounds included questions on ‘Pitcherwits’, ‘Moon’, ‘Musicians’, ‘If this is the answer, then what is the question?’ and ‘The Dr Hart Cinematic Universe’. Plenty for everyone to enjoy!

Team names ranged from Merry Mayhem, to Heroic Hudsons, to Aslet Aztecs, to Half The de Halperts. But the winning team was Baboushka, who excelled in Round 3: ‘Musicians’.

Guests were invited to ‘dress to impress’ and some chose hats, others jewellery, and others colourful bow ties. These all added that ‘extra something’ to a special and fun Dunbar Family occasion.

The evening’s co-hosts were Housemaster and Assistant Housemaster, Dr Ian Hart and Mr Dan Colquhoun. The quiz questions were written by them, as well as Old Pangbournian Maddy Hart and Sixth Form pupil Rosie Hart. Well done to them for organising such an enjoyable evening!
