About me

I served as a musician in the Royal Air Force before coming to Pangbourne. I play clarinet and saxophone and ended my career as the Band Sergeant and Drum Major for the Band of the RAF Regiment. I became involved with rowing whilst serving in the RAF and rowed from Newark RC and helped set up Lincoln RC. I became the Property Officer for the RAF RC, which is a very similar role to a Boatman. I am still involved in music and have an Open University Degree in Music and History.

I get great pleasure from seeing the students improve and enjoy their rowing.
