About me

I was born and brought up in Sri Lanka and after completing my BSc I decided to move to the UK to complete my Masters in Human Resource Management. I have worked as a HR professional for 9+ years. I moved to the independent school sector after my husband and I relocated to Oxfordshire from Manchester to be closer to family. I am a foodie so I love trying out different cuisines and making new recipes in my spare time. I also love travelling and spending quality time with my loved ones.

I love my role because...

I am often described as a friendly person and I like to help people and this role enables me to get to know individuals from different backgrounds and help them with any change in their employee lifecycle.

My role model is...

My Dad and my Mum - They are my pillars of strength and who I look up to. They are hard working, resilient, kind and open for challenges and change.
