Describe your roles as both a Sport Scholar and Chief Cadet Captain (Head of House) of Port Jackson...

My role as a Sport Scholar was to be an ambassador for my sport, uphold a standard, and also showcase myself off when playing for Team Pangbourne.

My role as a Chief was to deal with situations, put out fires, uphold a standard and make sure my house was looking the best all of the time.

How did the College help you to develop as an individual?

Being at the school for such a long time you grow up with the Flag Values and that shapes you into the person that you are. I gained a level of respect that I never thought was possible for my younger self, and I'll probably live by those Flag Values for the rest of my life.

What are your Pangbourne highlights?

My Pangbourne highlights were becoming Chief, being given the opportunity to play cricket as much as I did, being 1st team captain, and my friends that I made.

What did you find most challenging during your time at the College?

The things I found most challenging at Pangbourne was probably balancing my priorities. Being a cricket player, a drama student, and being employed, you could struggle to get the balance right.

How did you overcome these challenges?

I had an excellent relationship with the house staff and they really helped me balance a lot of things, especially my cricket. They really wanted to push my cricket, so that was a massive help to me.

What makes Pangbourne College unique?

The traditions that have been there since day one and the camaraderie that you get through those traditions is second to none. I've never been to a school like it!

What are your plans for life after Pangbourne?

My plans for the future are to go to university, play cricket there, and maybe try and get on an academy system in cricket anywhere that I can.
