About me

I graduated from Durham University with a biology degree and then worked in neuroscience research for 10 years, after which I moved to Italy. There I worked for GlaxoSmith Kline then took time out to have two children. Since returning to the UK, I have been working in schools as a volunteer, Teaching Assistant and science technician.

I have been a runner for the past 30(+) years and particularly enjoy obstacle races - the muddier the better!
